The Institute of History at the Ruhr University Bochum is dedicated to the researching and communicating history in all its facets. From antiquity to the present day, we offer a broad spectrum of research research projects and courses that enable us to delve deep into the past into the past and reconstruct historical developments that shape our and to reconstruct and understand historical developments that shape our present. Our lecturers and lecturers as well as our diverse resources and co-operations make the Institute of History a lively place of exchange and academic and scholarly discoveries.
